I wondered if you could do that cus i thought i saw one that had been done but i could'nt get the tray out and i didn't want to bust it

The only grumble i have is the angle it sits in the dashboard which blocks the bottom of the screen a bit (especially if your a short ass like me)

I've just installed my `DEH-P9600mp` pioneer unit and its great to navigate round and doesnt jump but its not everyone cup of tea cus its got two screens

Mine is three and a half and its got 20100 on the clock which doesn't seem bad, can you clock a loop? I don't want to do it myself cus its naughty but i was sus about my mileage when i bought it.

Just for info , in the end i put both positives and both negatives together into the crossover and they sound great. I had to drill the car in the end so the speakers didn't hit the inside of the door card. Just got to sort out a slight rattle on one side and then its onto the fronts. I thought of doing a step by step with pics but not that clever.

the only thing i need to know for the time being is; the components in the rear have seperate power leads so do i wire both positives together into the crossover and the same with the negatives or do i ditch the crossover and wire the speakers as they are?

No tigz i've not done anything with the fronts yet i was just wondering how you get the old ones out as they are rivetted in. im presuming you have to drill the rivets out but the speaker looks like its glued to the collar by the flexible spongy bit (that is the technical term). Anyway my immediate question is about the back (as im doing that today)

number one; I've just fitted my new head unit and sub and amp, its all working great and sounds a lot better but i seem to have lost the 'all the way up or all the way down' facility on my leccy windows any ideas? number two; do you need a to use a crossover in the back speakers as the big and little speakers have different wires? (or do you wire both sets into the crossover?) number three; can you get new collars for the front so i can replace the speakers or can you reuse the originals? By the way im replacing like for like size wise.

I let this guy out of a junction at heeley in sheffield about a month ago but didnt notice a screen, but as i'd not met any of you lot I thought it might be one of you.

I went to loads of vw dealers to get a look at a lupo gti at the begining of the year and found out that there wasn't one in yorkshire and no one would get one in without a deposit. So I drove to stoke and bought a second hand one. In my experience all main dealers are crap they never ring you back and make up allsorts, just talk to a smart owner about merc dealers they're terrible.

Although I know that they are very good at what they do I think they fob you off sometimes. I took my smart and asked if they could do a quad and the geezer said it wasn't possible, the only thing you can get under there is a small bike can, so I went somewhere else and bought a full stainless quad which went on with no mods.

Anyone who has been to ascar, What zorst have you had ? is it just a replacement for the twin standard but one that actually makes a noise and any idae of cost?

Yes tigz it was courtney and im fed up of trying to get hold of him to have a look at the different shades. He won't put anything above a 'light' tint in the front windows as for the rear and back windows, anything goes. But what is light and I don't like the look of really dark tints in the back and then light in the front.... Oh he won't do the windscreen either but he will put a sun strip in.

What type of oil do you put in as i can't find any reccomendations.

I've been quoted £300 for the lupo (the same for any two door) which is very expensive but this guy only uses the best american tints and gives them a lifetime guarantee against peeling bubbling and scratching.
