    £350 to spend

    Save up and get KW's.
  2. I would rather go for the DTH bodies, no need for an inlet. DTH = Direct To Head. Saves weight and the need to search for an inlet.
  3. Yeah Jamsport in Northampton. Jamsport
  4. Bodies Throttle bodies I believe MBE race engines had a part to play in lincolnshireLupoGti's build. Worth contacting them aswell as having a real good read of his thread on here. Would also be worth chatting to Jamsport aswell. One of the best ECU mapper in the country works with them.
  5. Would highly recommend a Cat-back system by Bastuck from Regal. Nice build quality and fits very nice. In terms of the sound, it is quite quiet and deep at low revs, and compliments the BMC CDA at high revs nicely aswell! Although not identical to the standard exhaust, it does keep the twin pipe OE look, which is what you want. border="0" class="linked-image" /> border="0" alt="" /> * Pic is of Kev_ush's GTi
  6. Yep, Mytyres can deliver them to a tyre fitter anywhere that you specify. All of their services are detailed within their website.
  7. I can vouch for Mytyres also. Excellent service. Car is now on it's third set, all have been bought from Mytyres and arrived within 5 working days. One set arrived within 2 days. style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="B)" border="0" alt="cool.gif" />
  8. I know the Sport and GTi frames are compatible.
  9. You have posted a pointless thread. Tigz would not have posted that thread for fun in the "How to section". The subframes are not different between the Sport and the GTi and you have to mod the Lupo one in order to fit the Recaros. No way around that. I have seen people try to fit the Recaros to their Sport straight in and it was not possible!
  10. So its took you this long to say that someone has fitted them into their sport without having to swap subframes! Would have helped if you said that in the first place style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" /> Why would the Lupo Sport subframes be different from the Lupo GTi ones? They wouldnt be.
  11. Why else wouldn't they fit straight in then?
  12. The subframes are different.
  13. From what I can see from the "How to section...", the MK4 subframes have bolster supports and all the lupo subframes do not. So its a case of grinding them off the MK4 subframes and welding them onto your lupo frames before you install the seats. This is shown in photographs in that section so I do not quite get what you are asking if thats not it?
  14. I presume you have read the "How to..." section yeah?

    Proper confused

I would use the Lupo pads as they match the caliper profile.
  16. They are known as Design 90's. They come in 6, 7, 7.5, 8 and 9" widths. ET 52.

    Lupo paint

You would be surprised about the dealers. A member on here from where I live went to two coachworks and also to our local VW garage. The dealer was cheaper by around £75. Thats for the dealer doing the work aswell as supplying the paint. So it is not always the case that the dealer is the dearest.
  18. Would recommend Eibach springs if only going for springs.

    Lupo paint

What is it for? Would touch up paint suffice? A local coachworks that uses computer mixed paint may be able to help... or going direct to a VW dealer depending on the size of the job.
  20. I like the Weitec stuff aswell. Not sure on prices for it but not heard of any bad stories. Here is an interesting read about FK. Has a pic aswell to explain. I have never been a fan of FK but can understand when people opt for these on a budget. http://www.corsasport.co.uk/board/viewthread.php?tid=316335 You get what you pay for in the modding game...
  21. KW Variant 1 are around £600 as said above and Variant 2s that I am running are £850 not fitted.
