  1. Got any pics of it? Im still tootering about in the yellow arosa!
  2. Actually still grand, but haven't had a chance to have the test done! Maybe tonight, if not I'll get it done next week... What's it like with no misfire? Lol
  3. Good stuff! Glad it's sorted, my turn now! Lol
  4. Would love to know if it solves your problem... I'm currently having the exact same trouble, have done everything the same as yourself, apart from compression test, which should be getting done this week. Silly misfire in cylinder 2. Wrecking my brain!! Lol
  5. All I have is a set of the Mk2 pizza lights if interested?
  6. Cheers Skezza, just hate having the light on. It did lose power before, that's why I changed the coilpack, but that problem is gone. A friend said to ne it could be an underlying problem, so he's going to do a compression test. I'm convinced that it's nothing, so will see on Sat if that's a problem. Will certainly give them a call. Thanks again for the advice!
  7. Cheers, plugs were the first port of call. Changed them, and the Ht leads. Will certainly try coilpack again. Had looked in Gsf previously was about £10 dearer than ECP, went cheaper option, low funds!!
  8. Was sure of them being genuine, £40 odd quid coilpack from euro.c.p, looked identical to previous one. Thought for the price it would be sweet!
  9. Getting worried about the car here.. 1L Seat Arosa, 03. 72k.. Engine light popped up, got it checked, misfire in cylinder 2, so changed the coil pack, ht leads and a general service. Light stayed on, thought it would go off after a few miles or so, nope! Got it checked again, said the same thing, misfire in cylinder 2, friend turned the light off and I got 5 minutes down the road before it came on again. Before all this, it was very juddery, which after changing all that, it runs perfect, idles nice etc..... (Although, it does judder slightly in idle, but when I turn the wheel or something, it picks up again, and sits at 750revs... ) Any ideas?
  10. Sweet, good job you got your money back!
  11. Hope it all gets sorted, and hope you get the lights!
  12. Yellow one there looks awesome Looking well! Hope you find some wheels soon!!!
  13. I'd probably open up a case, hope it gets sorted!
  14. Replaced my break pedal switch on Friday, in the drivers foot well there is a cover just above the pedals, 2 screws and its off, follow the break pedal up and you'll see it mounted onto it. Unclip the wires and then twist the switch either clockwise or anti clockwise ( I cant remember!) and it will pop out. When I put my new one back in I had the problem of break lights staying on, my fault, so follow instructions! But I thought I had, what I had to do was keep the pedal pressed while fitting the new switch. That's all I can advise!
  15. http://forums.clublupo.co.uk/index.php?/topic/97131-northern-ireland-meet-up YES! I organized a meet before and got some photos, very little of us but still had a few come along. Should be more people next time, your welcome to come along! Be good to see some pics of yours
  16. Spotted on Balmoral Avenue, near Boucher... So clean. Who are you?
  17. I'm looking the 6n2 polo cupholders, as I'm sure they the exact same, it's just finding them for as cheap as poss!
  18. Driving home yesterday and in 5th at about 50 mph and she just starts losing speed, drop a gear and all is fine, 20mins later it lost power again.... I know it has a misfire in cylinder 2... Is this my problem?
  19. Another lupo up in traynors the other day, was at mallusk, but who knows if that would work! It's probably of to the big traynors place you went to last time? Seen you a few weeks back, car looked sad hope you get it sorted soon!
  20. Update to this... New job means I can afford things! So goes in for the pedal box tomorrow, and very soon the clutch is getting done. She's still running, I just can't enjoy driving as i'm always wary! The next few weeks and she'll be mechanically sound...
  21. Hohohoho! Looks fab! Wish mine was as yellow as yours! Fab job
  22. Yup, I bought a set of fk lowering springs to get a little lower quick.. And they where £45. I'd highly recommend saving up that little bit longer to get the coilovers. I'm still stuck with 40mm.
  23. My Arosa beeps, but its my oil pressure sensor.. Which flashes the symbol. It beeps 3 times though at roughly 1500 revs... Try keeping your revs below that, see how long it takes to beep...? Sorry I cant be of much help! Also, keep an eye on your oil level etc. Just incase. Sarah
