Bit random I know... looking for a trustworthy mechanic in Berlin, not a big chain garage... someone who would say, clean a pump instead of just sticking in a new one...

I've got a similar issue with the passenger side door lock. Didn't think to check it worked before buying. The door can be opened from the inside, but the lock with key makes a few noises but nothing happens, the lock and surround are lose and could be tugged out, so a retaining clip must be missing inside. I've taken the interior panel off, but the lock is right inside the frame and a b to reach. Any one got tips on what should be going on in there?
