  1. Sorry , it's impossible. Engine mount is on a car now , there is no space for measuring... It runs and it's fast enough for a daily car
  2. Immobiliser is removed from ECU. Part of Lupo engine wiring is removed and changed with 1.8T wiring. Lots of soldering. I spend two day for this.
  3. O.CT intercooler za S3. On English please
  4. Audi A2 forged wheels 6x15 5x100
  5. I want to change title to ''Lupo G60 -> 1.8T '' but don't know how... I found another caliper , because I had wheels clearance problem with Bremo calipers. These are from Porsche boxter and fits perfect with 288x25 discs I have no space for IC pipes and don't want cut bumper. Lupo must be stock from outside. After lots of thinking drcided what to do... Drilled spot welds
  6. Every conversion is individual. 150 , 180 or 225 BHP engine , 5 or 6 speed I opted for stock mounting points because I don't want cut and weld anything on chasiss. Only 5 speed gearbox is possible without cutting chassis legs. So I made custom mounts , there are pics in my topic. Right driveshaft is OEM Lupo 1.0 with 100mm inner CV joint. I had G60 engine (around 180BHP) and it didn't break. I will see what will happened with chipped 1.8T. Left driveshaft is Mk3 Golf VR6 syncro rear right also with 100mm inner CV , outer CV joint is same like stock Lupo. Cable change gear selector are same on all mk4 golf and same base cars ( A3 , Leon , Octavia...) 5 or 6 speed. I cut stock mounts and drill 2 8mm holes on tunnel but there is another way. We can use gear selector housing from Lupo/polo TDI and swap all parts from mk4 housing. It cost around 70 € at dealer. Later Lupos already have place for hidraulic master clutch cylinder. I used Mk4 clutch pedal with longer custom bolt which holds brake and clutch pedal. For older Lupos we can use cable clutch mechnis from 89. passat or Ibiza 16V I had stock 1.0 MPI fuel pump on 180 BHP G60 but for 1.8T I swapped it with Octavia RS pump. It is direct fit just need to change fuel level sender. It's impossible to explain here comlete wiring but her is part of it. 1.8T DBW gas pedal is direct fit on later Lupos. I didn't change anything on fuse box or relay plate. I removed just part of 1.0 MPI wiring (wires from engine to ECU with connectors) and solder 1.8T wiring. It's not that complicated , just need to find wiring diagrams for both engines and spend few hour for studing
  7. Fuel pump. Skoda is on the left. Wiring Almost finished ...
  8. I have AUQ engine in my Lupo. AUQ gas pedal is direct fit on late Lupo (from 2001. ) Maybe stock pedal will work , but I didn'd try...
  9. This Lupo is perfect. Engine, wheels, interior , everything Is this your daily?
  10. On the left is ABF CV flange , it fits on 1.8T gearbox Rear brakes Engine mount
  11. Bought this I take my Mom's Lupo Golf Mk4 Gti Brembo 4-pot calipers , they are direct fit on Vr6 or G60. Just need to machine 280mm discs to 274mm
  12. Stock golf G60 has 8.3 0-60 , I have close to 7 0-60 with 70mm pulley. Next week I will put 68mm It's fast enough for a daily , white Lupo is around 4 sec 0-60 , that is almost enough for non daily
  13. My G60 isn't fast enough so maybe 1.8T is next step Nice work here. What are rules for street legal cars in Sweden?

  15. True - mk2 driveshaft is shorter than mk3. Buy that and try. If you find that is too short , you can make spacer between inner CV and flange and use longer bolts Few years ago I had Rallye Golf with Mk3 VR6 suspension , I broke left driveshaft and put mk2 (15mm shorter) with no issues. Before you buy those ABF flanges , take one from 1.8T and check number of teeth.
  16. You can use right driveshaft from 1.0/1.4/gti , just change inner CV joint with 100mm from golf mk2/3 or Corrado On left side you can use right rear driveshaft from MK3 VR6 syncro also must change inner CV joint Then put Mk3 ABF (2.0 16V) gearbox flanges on Mk4 gearbox. Only ABF gearbox has bolt in centre of CV flange. Hope this helps
  17. I like that Lupo , it's very fast. It's VR6 4motion. Best time was 10.6 sec 1/4 mile. They did that time on dry , I had 11.9 best time on wet with slipping clutch. 4motion install is very clean. http://www.lupo-4motion.blogspot.com/
