  1. 'm in the process fitting the above inlet and tb, it is all on apart from the metal egr pipe from the inlet and metal pipe from egr8 to inlet, as they don't reach each other should I just make a plate to blank off the inlet and another for the eGr? Plus what do people do about the air box now not fitting the bigger tb. Cheers

  4. The inlet is metal and less restrictive, and maybe just better throttle response then, would the parts fit do you think? Would I need air box to?
  5. If I were to change my throttle body to a wider 1.4 sport would I need to change the airbox to fit to? Cheers.
  6. im not looking at getting huge gains just a little more power, might remap if its worth it. and there is alot of info on here, but not very clear on parts used. people have had gains of around 20bhp with proof of printouts.

  8. So after a year of driving around slammed I made the decision that I needed to raise the coilovers to a more comfy setting! Only problem now is te plastic ring that sits I between the helper spring and main spring well moving up and down gets caught on the threads so makes a knocking noise as it moves up and down, anyone else had this problem If so how is it resolved? Please don't say get it slammed again lol, I must be getting to old for the bumpy ride. Cheers.
  9. Would it not be possible to customise the standard 1.4 loom for a sport? I'm also pretty interested in doing this.
  10. Ill be up for it, but not quite up to entering any shows, do all the lupos park up together still even if not in the show?
  11. Hi, just got my 12" sub and amp installed, ideally i want to build the sub into the wheel well, anyone got any info regarding this? I was thinking just sound deadning the well and then getting some MDF to fit snug in the well held in by silicone? Then should i mount the amp in the well aswell or on the back of the seat? Only problem with back of the seat is its metal, how would peple go about securing the amp onto the back seats? cheers
  12. It is quite amusing to be fair! And yes also does if whn stationary. so have to use my handbrake at evey possible opportunity to stop the annoying squeak!
