How they would look on a Mk3 Golf VR6 with adapters...

I bought these last year with intentions to put these on a Mk2 Golf project me and my brother were planning to do. My brother got engaged so he's very busy with wedding plans and i'm not doing a project car by myself! I'm also selling my Audi S3 to make way for a TDI so unfortunately these wheels have to go Spec: Rays Engineering Volk Racing GT-U - lightweight 3 piece splits! 7x16 - Goodyear Eagle Ventura tyres with 5mm tread. 205/50/16. 8x16 - Fulda Y3000 with 4mm tread. 225/45/16. ET35 5x114.3 - adapter friendly (see pics below on Mk3 Golf VR6) These were already powder coated satin black when i purchased them and they still have the original stamped Rays Engineering bolts! No centre caps as they're optional extra's when bought brand new. These wheels are VERY rare and haven't seen another set for sale since i bought them last year. Just to add these will also accept BBS bolts if you wanted to change them for gold, spiked etc. There are a couple marks which have been touched up and hardly noticeable. On wheel 3 which is the 7x16, there is a mark on the lip on the right of the wheel which you can see in the pic. Price: £900 but will accept offers. Based: Hayes, 5 mins from Heathrow. These lights are from my old Lupo GTI. I changed these for the Cambridge ones and they're still sitting in a box in the back room. £30 collected or i can bring to Players. Cheers Ajay

Wow it's been a long time since i've been on here lol. Funnily enough i have my old Lupo GTI rear lights still boxed up in the garage and i should sell them really! They're both mint and been boxed up since i took them off the car as i replaced them with the Cambridge lights. Asking £70 collected from Hayes, West London, 5 mins from Heathrow. Cheers Ajay

Yup soonish Jai. Well as soon as i have a buyer then i can get my new one. Sending off docs to get private plates taken off so that'll take a week and all is done. I'm asking £6500 with the wheels and £6000 without the wheels (lupo gti wheels will go back on). Car has many extra's and low mileage!

Yeah i really dont want to let it go but i have to feel really crap about it tbh. Just need to save money due to future plans. For sale ad will be going up 2mro on the forums and pistonheads. PM sent Jay

was down there last night. good meet as usual so proud of the car

well on some nights i've seen a few chav things going on down there in the Comet car park and is also very crap for light, nearly pitch black lol. I think the Buger King one is quite small light there is also very limited. Not many places around here where you can hold a good meet i'm afraid. My friend and i run a meet called West London Dubs Meet which is located at Style Dynamix premises and is perfect! They also keep their shop open aswell so people can still browse around in there. Had the meet for a while as has turned out great on every occasion. Haven't had one in a couple of months now though as we've had many things to do but it'll defo be back on next month! I'll chuck it up it the Meets section when i've set the date

thanks matey! no worries dude, let me know what your situation is around the time as it's still a fair few months away. will probably put it for sale around mid Feb time to gather interest but car needs to go end of March so the new one can arrive Yup i can do, i'll get one later after i give the car a wash. Just simply got the angle grinder out and cut along the top

UPDATES: Gave the car a good clean like i do and thought i'd take a couple of quick snaps. Done a couple of things within the past month..... Sprayed inserts of rear badge red (thanks to Gugz!) Done a bit of engine work including, 90 degree red Samco hose for my Pipercross Viper Kit, cut the engine cover shorter so the induction kit and hose show through, red hosing throughout the engine bay and a little clean up! Just a quick pic of the car with the bra on. Had to go on a journey so thought i'd put it on AND the final thing...... The car will be for sale next year in March 2010. I love this car to bits and i've wanted one for years but insurance has caught my eye on something different so i'm gonna go for it! Let me know if anyone is interested. I know it's quite a while away still but just in case anyone is looking for one around that time! Any questions just ask. Thanks for looking! Troop.
