Hello guys, Recently purchased a Lupo GTi and this is my first GTi I have owned. For some reason when the car is unlocked, the alarm doesn't disarm. I have to jump in and turn the car on, which will disarm it. Also the rest of the car doesn't unlock either. Found today that the car cannot be opened from the inside on the driver side, the cable pulls enough and the door catch clicks but doesn't open. Can open it from the outside with no issues. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm guessing it's the locking mechanism that throws the whole car off but just wanted to double check in case it's something else I'm missing.

Hello everyone Got my car back on the road recently and when I'm in gear and driving there's a rattle, the quicker I go the quicker the rattle. If I put my foot on the clutch or leave it in neutral and let it roll, it stops? Been told it could be the clutch release bearing? Also I get a squeak from front left side of the car, but this doesn't go away when I'm in neutral or when I put the clutch down .. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Sorry for the late reply Silver. I took a picture of where the water gathers and leaks, it's only on one corner. The water gets over the seal and between the window (the window rests on the seal but think it has shrinked) Thanks

Hello guys, I'm in need of some help/opinions about a leaking sunroof Seeing as most Lupo's come with electric sunroofs, mine isn't electric but only a pop-up sunroof so must be aftermarket? Also the glass is not surrounded by any type of seal so when it rains the water collects on the sides of it, and that's where it leaks/drips inside my car. Any ideas? Thanks

Sorry if there's been a similar question posted in the past, but I need a gearbox replacement and I was wondering if I could get a gearbox with a different code to the original one? Will that work or does it have to be the same code as original? Original is a DXP.
