Hello all, here I am posting a recent picture of my vehicle, some of you like the fox, some hate it, but nontheless here she is! lowered 40mm, with some long beach lookalikes (the name escapes me) and 205/40 rubber. the engine is a 1.6l petrol, with a cold air intake and ECU modifications, which should in theory be making about 120hp. I am located in Guatemala.

Maybe that`s because every fox-related thread in the board ends up with somebody criticizing the vehicle, instead of following the thread's original topic. I'm a fox owner myself, from Guatemala. We never got the lupo here, just the Arosa. But i still cannot understand why they are selling foxes with 1.2l engines in europe, that make 0-60mph in 2 hours. my 1.6l i would think is just the right amount of power for the car, because it IS a bigger, heavier vehicle than the Lupo.

Hi guys, had to chip in with an opinion, i own a '05 fox and i`m more then pleased with the car, although most of the complaints here are related to power. I live in guatemala and mine has the 1.6l 105hp engine, put a cold air intake into it and had it chipped so i guess i`m making about 125hp... at that point its a sweet car to drive, and i planted it down with some shortened abt springs and 225/45/r17 tires. corners perfectly and it is very nimble. just wish VWAG would offer that in stock form.

thanks for the comments, well, actually, i just bought a set of 205/45zr17, but i have absolutely no idea how to lower the car, nobody has specs on what coilovers to buy and i dont know if they are the same that in the Polo. maybe because the car just got in the market, but theres no aftermarket accesories for it yet. any clues? border="0" class="linked-image" /> border="0" alt="IPB Image" />
