there's a sticker under the boot carpet

Hi! Basically my problem is i'm losing about a litre of oil every month. I have a 1.4 16v lupo S with 103k miles and k&n induction kit. I noticed when fitting the kit a few months ago that the crankcase breather pipe had disintegrated somewhat, the rubber had collapsed and the degraded, but not leaking. This morning while topping up the oil i noticed some mayo / sludge under the filler cap, I have not lost any coolant so I don't think it's the head gasket. So my question is do you think the cause of the oil loss/sludge is the collapsed breather pipe? If so what is the part number and can I change it easily myself? My engine code is AHW, cable throttle. thanks in advance!

Mine failed on emissions too, check the exhaust system on some ramps mine had a small hole in the centre at a join, fixed with a £3 tin of gungum sealant. If you have a hole it'll suck in fresh air from outside and skew the lambda results, because the emissions test is done with a sensor at the tailpipe, not plugged into the ecu. A new lambda sensor is about £50 and may not solve your problem.
