Anyone got or knows of any white 5 spoke deep dish wheels which will fit my lupo? i cant find any anywhere

my lupo has also had an engine change an i have the same problem, is there baffles in the tank an can they break off does anyone know?

thanks for the help guys i took the crank posotion sensor out again today an found the wire was chauffed through abit so gunna replace that an hope for the best

i have tried another coil pack an is still the same,ermm not a lot of wires need to come off the take the gearbox out only the reverse sensor and the speedo sensor plugs need to come off. the engine hasnt been run for about 2 weeks now but i have charged the battery up. any more ideas? :/

yes all the plugs are connected and the earth strap is on, iv just checked to see if there is a spark an there isnt. could i have a sensor fault an the ecu is telling it not to start or would it be an ignition problem??? thanks.

iv got a 1.4 16v (75bhp) lupo reasently the gearbox gave up so i took it out an rebuilt it myself now iv put it back in the engine wont start, the engine turns over but does not fire up. iv checked that i havnt chrushed any off the wires an also checked the crank position sensor an all looks ok :/ any ideas anyone????

iv got a vw lupo 1.4 v plate and the gearbox has finally gone after wineing for about 5 months, my lupo has had an engine change before i borght the car an has got a vw polo bby 1.4 16v engine in it, im not sure if the gearbox was changed with the engine or if its the standard gearbox, anyone know what gearbox goes on a bby engine? or where i would find the gearbox code? thanks

sounds like the battery is flat, get the battery tested.

does the car start ok when it cools back down agen? if so change the temperture sensor as that could be telling the engine managment to not start the engine as it thinks it is too hot hope it helps

heyy havent been on for a while, iv still got the problem iv changed the camshaft sensor an the coil pack an the problem is stil there. i now wanna change the crankshaft sensor as there is also a fault code for this, does anybody kno how to change this? where bouts it is? iv heard there a right b**** to do as the gearbox an flywheel have to come off but i cant see this being right as every other car i have done its just normally on the engine block near the bell housing an gets the posision on the flywheel? cheers
