Has anyone got a step by step guide on how to fit lowering springs ?

I had the Blue LED Festoon bulb 42mm from Aceparts_uk on Ebay

I have a Lupo 1.0 SE and ive recently started modifying it for fun. I will be posting updates as i progress . So far ive sprayed my alloys, centre console and badges black, and put a new cd player in . De-wiper-ed the back and Changed my headlights to Xenon Bulbs. Ive got a 1.0litre SE Lupo and i fancy lowering it , would 60mm springs fit without changing shocks and without rubbing on full lock ? btw i have standard alloys and tyres on it.
