Havnt been on here in a while , so far Data Aquisistion system is being put in with all sensors , software for this is like £10k lol Ive bought a spare Cylinder head ready for flowing on the Superflow Flow bench followed by porting! Im looking for an inlet manifold atm , ive found few on ebay but was wondering where i can get bolts for attaching it to the head , or what size they are? cheers

Is a Polo 1.0 Head the same as a Lupo 1.0 Head ? I really need a Lupo 1.0 head !

Tbh there isnt alot you can do with the rules , Our lecturer has said if the entry is poor for our class we will be entering a better one and will be spending loads on diffs gearboxes , so im hoping the entry is poor haha Ye ill be posting results , currently setting up a flatbed for measuring as we going to make a computer model of the set-up and it will be off to Pembrey Race track soon for a thrash

Hi all I just joined up ! Im currently in University and weve got a Lupo Which we are preparing for Rallying! Its only a 1.0 so will be in the Super1000 class ! At the moment the car is completley stripped of interior and has a bolt in cage, Omp Racing seats and harnasses. We are also setting up data aquisistion with sensors etc so we can record data ! Weve made an exhaust system up excluding the mani as its not allowed ITs also running k&n filter at the moment. We are going to really look at the induction side of things possible forced induction by modifing the airbox. We put it on the rolling road yesterday 10% increase of power with the filter ! Im looking for a spare cylinder head if anyone knows of one ! I will be putting it on the flow bench so ye heres some pics !
