Finally got it fitted! Works well but seems to have lost a bit of bass response, less than when playing through a cd player. Nobody told me how many cables and crap came with the Dension kit! Another question.... Did you screw the cradle into the trim? How is it held in place?

Isnt a chassis earth meant to be advisable?

I went for the full on cradle. Where did you earth your wire?

Ok, so what you really need is the adapters, plus a good quality 17cm speaker which is just for mid range with no tweeter. In front and back?

Will 16cm speakers be a straight swap in the front and back? And also would 2-way speakers make the sound strange seen as there are tweeters in the car already?

Ok got the back trim off, just pulled it. So what sort of connections are on the back of the original tape deck? anyone?

How do i get the back trim off around the speaker? i think its ****ed. Also can i connect an ipod or such to the original gamma head unit?
