After I removed my Pipercross induction kit, I found the rubber ring in between the kit and throttle body was broken. I'm wondering what's the temperature on throttle body when the car is running? Can I use electric tape instead of the rubber ring? Will the electric tape be melted? If it'l melt, where can I get a new ring? Halfords? Many Thanks

As i remember Tom's launched similar kind of product for Toyota cars with differenct settings as normal, sp1, sp2 and sp3 accroding to response speed. and evertime it would automaticly reset to normal when engine restart. I think sprint bootster would be more effecitve on automatic lupos, because obviously automatic ones are suffering lag when downshift and overtaking. This device seems reduce the lag by increase electronic throttle response. Has anybody tried the product yet? I'm quite interesting about it but as most people said, it's no cheap--__--

How many lambda sensor in lupo?? only one on manifold? I heard some other cars have another one near cat, does lupo has that one? Thanks

My emission light was on and sometimes the ESP was on too, so i would like to use OBD II to check what's the problem cause the lights on. The software I used was "scantool" and been installed into my laptop. After I connect OBDII to my laptop, I tried every COM( from1 to 8) and both 38400 and 9600 too. I even tried both position two and turn and engine on too. But the window jump out on the laptop always saying "interface not found" or "the port cannot be opened" Does anybody know what's wrong with it?? How can I run it properly? Thanks

I'm having Jetex cat-back and it sounds good for me. jsut a bit louder than standard exhaust on idling speed and become louder over around 3000~3500 rpm. Or you can try Remus, it's quiet too. But as everyone here mentioned, longlife can custom the exhaust to any sound and style as your order good luck

As title...my lupo need to be changed cam belt and 40k service now I quote in VW Bath ....cost more than 200 for cambelt and 300 for service (It's a lot~! VW said 40k is a major service --__-- ) Does anybody know any reliable and reasonable garage to do it near bath?? Thanks~!

as i mentioned, the gap is jsut under the grill and beside to VW logo....(sorry, tried many times to post pics, but cant') can i just change the top of part of bumper?? is lupo's bumper can be separate?? if cant.....will is worth to paint and repair it only?? or put rieger lower lip at the same time?? Thanks again my bumper has a 5 cm gap becasue of crash ....that's why i want to know does GTI bumper fit or not... now it seems hard to do it does any other suggestion?? because i dont wanna spend too much money just for paint and repair on a little gap
