saw OU03 *** Silver GTI going into Tesco Western Ave last week who's this?
  3. whilst on said website i stumbled acros these...
  4. Not big or clever!!!! I never need taxi's: My favourite club (Metros fyi) is a 30 seconds stroll away and there's at least 20 pubs within 50meters of my front door.
  5. Do you hide your Lupo or something? Never seen you knocking around the 'Diff!
  6. wow didn't realise you were replacing a nearly new 'Beefa!. White one is a stunner mind!
  7. Found replacements for £25 for 4 Happy days! Thanks for the replies, just can't be arsed with polishing aluminium! The stuff dulls up so quickly.
  8. they're thin, chrome plated aluminium and the ali has oxidised and bubbled away the chrome plating.
  9. £20! might just get some VW badges for them then!!
  10. Been trawling ebay for months to find some replacements for the Mrs' Lupo after a harsh winter sat out side has caused some bad corrosion to her pointy parts! Anyone know where i can get them or similar? Cheers
  11. Agreed your probably won't get a derv for £2K but you should be able to find a nice 1.0 or 1.4 for £2K, i did!
  12. Finance from VW is around 5%! A high street bank could easily sort a personal loan out for less than 15%
  13. Gearboxes are a problem on the 1.4's, Mine went at about 65k but my Mrs' still feels like new at 70k. Have a look in the roof gutters for rust, there's a runner that you can pull out - seen rust on a few cars. Central locking and window electrics can go wrong sometimes. Rear wash/wipe can pop off when it freezes in the cold. Easy fix.
