Matty_Gti
Well at the minute i have a sparco steering wheel on my gti fitted to a momo boss. This was all fitted by previous owner.I want to change back to standard for now, problem is when i looked at the airback wire they have removed the plug that fits into the gti air bag, i now have a ribon wire without a plug on the end, this is obviously resulting in my airbag light being on.So what size resistor do i need to short these wires out so my airbag light is off?And how can i go about getting the correct plug to connect into my airbag.Thanks. Huw Pugh
Is it the ribbon coming from the slip ring? If so, I'd just get a new one from eBay.
Matty_Gti
Not sure? I didn't take my boss off to look. It was the only ribon cable there, the other one was the horn cable which is a normal cable.Any chance of an ebay link to said ribon cable?
