  4. I would like to know the part number for the uk passenger door mirror in order to replace the eur one i have. or a UK GTI Lupo VIN number to search myself in ETKA. thank you!
  5. he is on a caterham forum...
  6. who who??? nice project!
  7. my opinion on the prices from germany..only country with open orders until now. i still wait for availability in my country... Sunroof...its 905 euros in Germany. thats a lot for a 15 0000 euro car. Climate control ...it can be done without, but it looks very cheap , and its 2018 ... and only 335 euros. cant see the interior without... i have it on a 2002 lupo... City emergency brakes...it comes with rain and lights sensors and cruise control...a little must on a small engine on the highway
  8. the turbo from 1.4 is bolt on and you get 160 ps...

  11. well..probably 15 years between them means also other other improvements...like master cylinder...pedal feel...and of course being new helped. i cannot agree that rear brakes do really nothing. they do some. besides echilibrating the body of car during brake..also brake distribution. imagine 0% brake power on rear during hard brake or even during curves..lets imagine both
  12. I reviews some video of the UP GTI, which has rear drums, and some people said the rear brakes from UP GTI can be replaced with LUPO GTI rear discs. that would be good. any ideas?
  13. Cup edition, I mean on the normal up. 75 ps version. Don't know about gti features in my country but I am not a fan of heated seats. Nor of sunroof. The German configurator shows them as options. Not standard.
  14. True. But for the daily commute the 17 alloys are not a good option . 1 st: the tires are more Expensive and than the ride will be more bumpy...Because the roads In My country are bad. Than...the price. The gti is 16000 euros. The 2015 up 75 Is less than 8000. And i get The cup edition with heated seats, maps and more, panoramic roof, alloys, climate Control. And sport seats But the gti looks more fun and it gives you something to look Back when parked..
  15. hey!! nice toy. i just activated my account on the other forum, but its better to talk here. i am also a lupo gti owner (in fact CUP racecar modified track toy) and looking to buy a UP GTI, but for the daily commute. in your opinion is it worth twice the price over the UP 75PS? i can buy one almost new -2015- with 10 000miles for half the price of the new GTI...and dont know what to do. so the brakes and engine-pedal answer...how are they compared top the lupo? the ride height?
  16. ok...but still i cannot remember..
  17. unfortunately i do not remember. i did it two years ago and i bought a lot of items than. the entire car was race ready in 5 or 6 months... try here https://www.kamracing.co.uk/car-tuning/volkswagen/vw-lupo/suspension.html?p=2 i have this https://www.kamracing.co.uk/car-tuning/volkswagen/vw-lupo/suspension/vw-lupo-whiteline-rear-anti-roll-bar-bwr19z.html
  18. yeah. how does your car sound? any movie?
  19. the gti car has a huge setting for front. i just went to a garage for wheels angle.
  20. i dont think that much noise. but frankly i put in that period also the exhaust and took out all interior... after 2years..no additional wear. also i have -3 front wheels degree but for track...they are a must..
  21. yeah. powerflex black allaround. ds2500 are too weak for me on track. i use them on rear...be careful at disks. a lot of cheap ones receive cracks after sporty use... i know they are expensive...but worth it if you want real performance...imagine the additional power and weight you have...
