Hi I was wanting to put high lifting cams in my Lupo spoet but have heard mixed things

is it worth it?

what are the Gaines?

where is the best place to get them?

Is there a Serton type I want to be looking into? Any advice or help would be fantastic thanks

N/a tuning is about sacrifice IMO.

High lift cams give you more bhp (depending on what duration you get) so there is no I will get x bhp as the duration determines that.

The higher the duration of lift the higher the bhp but generally you lose bottom end and make drivability worse. You may even have a lumpy idle or a high idle(to stop it stalling) if you get lairy cams.

I don't know where it get them from. Remember m you will need a remap and possibly pulleys minimum. I'd say with decent cams without going silly you'd be looking at 110-120bhp. Buy remember your losing a lot of low end and the sport only revs to 6600 or so?
