Hi Everyone,

I'm looking at a lupo 1.4 sport from a dealer who I bought my current lupo (Y reg 1.0L)

I've got full confidence in the sincerity and trustworthiness of the car history and dealer.

Here's the specs, what do you all think? What's the next service (as in after 60K miles)?

Anything to look out for?

2005

57,000 miles. FSH

Black

Alloys, elec windows, central locking.

100bhp

Want a lupo I can mod!!!!

Next service will be an annual service, maybe a brake service. You can check the recommended service type in your existing handbook.

The service manual originally said 60k or 4 years for the cambelt, but VW changed it to 40k or 4 years with tensioner and waterpump change to be included.

If there is no record of it being done, I would recommend getting it done asap, or asking them to do it for you. If it has been done, you are OK for another 20k or the reminder of 4 years since it was last done.

Clutch will need doing when it wears out, which will depend very much on how it's been driven.
