What would be the best way to go about painting the lower bumper plastics on my lupo?

Hi, I've just bought a 1.0 vw lupo and i want to have the lower bumper plastics painted or even wrapped to match the colour of the car cause i think i gives the car more of a clean look, the thing is i don't know what the best way to go about it.
