stefan-west1
Please can somebody help me with this. My girlfriend's arosa needs a new cat. It's a job i'm going to attempt myself. I've looked on the eurocarparts sight and on ebay and 2 different types have come up. There's the one thats inline underneath the car, like a classic cat. Or there's the type that comes directly off the manifold, the 4 pipes into 1 one. Which one do I need? For info:2002 Seat Arosa S 1.0LI believe it's a mk2 and if it helps determine which type, the engine is the type with two square air filters not the one with the large round one
Ashh
Well which cat is gone? the one on the downpipe or the one under the car?
stefan-west1
I didn't realise it had 2 to be honest. Silly mistake there. I'm not 100% sure to be honest. We only know due to plugging my obd reader in when the engine management light came on. Will double check again when she's back for Easter holidays to see if it tells me. Unless anybody knows a way she could easily check it herself up there?
