Rickpercy87 Posted March 17, 2013 Report Share Posted March 17, 2013 (edited) Arosa 1.0S (It has a coil pack if that makes a difference)My EGR needs a clean so I removed 4 bolts which were in place using the 'Alan Key' type and two more which were connecting the metal pipe to the EGR. I think there is one more than needs to be removed. Its incredibly stiff and very awkward. I have damaged the thread of the bolt trying to remove it This thing is a pain! I thought it would be very easy to remove. Has anybody removed one before who can shed some light on the bolts to remove? And how difficult did you find it?Also, how to remove the damaged bolt in a horrendous place?
