Deadmetal Posted February 25, 2013 Report Share Posted February 25, 2013 How badly damaged is the 1.4 body/chassis? I would be a damn sight easier to take the 1.0 apart and replace the bent bits on the 1.4.To swap engines though, you'll need pretty much everything out of the 1.4 ( and in Gerry's case everything out of a polo gti (Lupo gtis engines don't fit properly)) to make it work properly.Wiring looms will need to be swapped over and spliced into the interior loom.
