ryanlupot Posted November 28, 2012 Report Share Posted November 28, 2012 can anybody help me with this. last little hurdle before i can get it mapped.i have a lupo 1.0e which i have converter to a polo gti avy engine (1.6 16v vvt)i have fitted omex managment as i am going to fit a supercharger and the gti ecu and map sensor wouldnt be able to handle the 6-8psi i am going to run (so im told)problem is my crank sensor is hall effect and im struggling to get the omex 600 to see it. its 3 pin.firstly i need to knowwhat pin goes to what collour: (i.e pin 1 of the sensor to ******* wire of loom) its 3 pin.and if anybody knoes what pin does what? i think its:pin1-earthpin2-signalpin3-5v-12v positiveas soon as this problem is sorted il be doing a build thread as its got some nice mods. brembo brakes etc anyhelp realy apreciated even if some nice guy jus pops his bonnet and tells me collour wires to pins so i can atleast have something to cross reference to auto datamuch apreciatedryan Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
kabman Posted December 9, 2012 Report Share Posted December 9, 2012 The diagam I have shows:Sensor pin1 - white- ECU pin 87Sensor pin2 - black/white - ECU pin 82Sensor pin3 - brown/black - GroundI don't know for sure but I suspect pin 1 is the 5V supply.
