1999 B5 Passat TDI 90 SE

160K Engine rebuilt by VW after timing belt snap at 128K

Metallic Green (Bright Green LC6M)

11mths MOT

5mths TAX

Last Timing belt done at 128K

All front suspension arms replaced Jan 2011

4 new Bridgestone tyres in October 2011 (Still like new)

New radiator March 2012 (Last week) & refilled with G12

Fr discs & pads Jan 2012

Dark grey cloth interior in very good condition. No wear on seats etc

Climate control ... regassed in July and works perfectly

Std VW CD player

Eibach -40mm Springs

Badged & badgeless grills inc

When the timing belt was done at 128K I used a VW specialist & genuine VW parts. After 6 days the belt snapped killing the engine, but because it was a genuine belt VW (Halifax) fixed it. Im sure there were bent valves etc but cannot remember the exact details. VW in Halifax did the work and Im sure you can get paperwork copies direct from them.

Very good running Passat with excellent fuel economy but with some slight bodywork issues. There is a bump on the nr side rear arch / small rust patch on the tailgate and a big scratch along the front bumper ! I scraped a wall on the last lot of snow we had !

Its a really nice car to drive with nothing wrong with it apart from the fixable bodywork issues, which is why its priced low. Company car forces sale.
