si_leeds
My pedal box is on its way out and I was just wondering wether its possible to weld them up whilst still on the car if it hasn't yet gone? Also my girlfriends alternator has gone (what a week!) Just wondering how much of a job it is, and if anyone from Leeds fancies helping me replace it?Thanks
Bickerton
Pedal box has been welded in the past, dependant how bad it is.Alternator is 5 minute job mate. Jack up car, wheel off, arch liner off, use a ratchet to lift up tensioner, slip belt off, unplug and unbolt alternator then just work your way backwards once got new alternator on, be sure belt goes back on properly tho

Bickerton
Get it checked at a starter/alternated centre
