Lupo front fogs

I have a cracked lens on one of my Lupo front fog lights.

How the hell do I get the old one off to replace it??? style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad.gif" />

I know there are 2 screws on the top holding it on but these are inaccessable.

Does the bumper have to come off? Or is there an easier way?

there should be a maintanence flap just in front of each wheel under the car, jack it up undo these and u should be able to remove it, incase that doesnt work u can remove the whole bumper but that doesnt have to be done as i had a fog light get all misty and they replaced it in no time at all, just undo wot u can find and then just have a play.

did u buy a new fog light? if so how much was it?

I bought a pair of VAG fogs off `E-Bay` for £40 inc postage from Hong Kong.

Don't know how much they are at VAG UK but I bet they're more than £40.

I've changed the fog light and so people get an idea , this is what I did.

There is only an access flap in front of the offside (drivers). On the nearside there isn't a panel.

My nearside foglight needed replacing. I jacked up the car but access to the 2 screws was difficult so I removed the wheel arch cover and was able to replace the light.

The 2 screws are phillips head and not torx screws.

Hope this is of value to anyone else.
