Lupo electricity problem

Hello,

I have Lupo 1.0 1999. Till now I was sattisfied, because It was working all the time and I really didn't have a lot of costs with it. Two weeks ago, Lupo was flooded (not salt water). There was water to the middle of the steering wheel. It was in the water for 24 hours.

In the past two weeks I disassembled all the interrior. I also changes air, oil filter, I changhed oil. I put away sparks. I also changed battery.

Yesterday I tried to start a car for the first time. When I turn key for the first time, there were lights on the dash board (also roof light worked, and wippers). When I turned key around for the second time, there was nothing.

I assume, that something is wrong with a fuse, and that electricity didn't come to engine.

I already checked fuses on the battery (three small fuses) and the fuses under the steering wheel. All the fuses were ok.

Are there any other fuses? Does anyone have fuses diagram?

Regards
