Emma Lupo
Hi All I am hoping for some help with Lupo 1.4 E 2000.I have read a number of posts with people advising how to clean the throttle body - my mechanic has suggested as i have had this done previously, and the fault re-occurred in approx 3 months i should get a new throttle body. What he hasn't done is explain to me WHY it gets clogged up - and obviously i am worried a new one will clog up just like the current one does. Can someone explain why this happens (and doesnt seem to be an issue on other cars i have had??)Thank you in advance! vworks41
Shouldn't need cleaning that frequently really. I've done mine once in 4years.
