silver_andy Posted April 21, 2007 Report Share Posted April 21, 2007 I was very suprised last Sunday coming back up the M1, someone passed me in a GTi and i managed to keep up with her and pass her going up the hil at Jct 36. I part exed my 51 silver GTi for a Pugeot 307cc 180 and i always thought that the GTi was quicker, but this proved me wrong on mid to top end poke we only got up to 120/130 (I had top down and was feeling a bit windswept) so suppose that the GTi was topping out at that.I really miss my GTi, so take note - don't get of your GTi's!!!!
