Max
Along the bottom of the door card it is held on with torx screws. Unscrew these. The top is held on with clips. Wiggle the door card, and it will slide out of the clips. This may be stiff but it shouldnt break anythig if you have taken all the scews out. milanio
its a 1.4s. The bit i removed is the grey trim on the bottom half of the doors that includes the speaker grille. It was easy to do, take out the 4 screws and unclip the rest, stuck some dynamat along the back of the trim and that seems to have got rid of the rattling. bigtar
have you kept the original speakers in the car? Did you actually put the dynamat on the card or metal of the door? thx in advance!!
milanio
i'm keeping the original speakers for the moment. i just put some dynamat on the back of the plastic trim, didn't completely cover it, but the vibrations seem to be well absorbed.
