wheres the fuel filter in a 1.0L lupo?

Recommended Posts

yes easy enough if you can get the clips off and on again... which are a pain in the ass

you are supposed to depressurise the fuel system by removing the fue pump relay then start the engine (or try to).

Then under the output pipe (closest to the engine)

Then take the plastic holder off the car, remove the input pipe, and it slips out.

Refitting is the reverse of removing smile.gif style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> have something to drain the filter into as it will have a lot of petrol in it.

I have done it without depressurising and not had a problem (not on the lupo) and also dont worry about fuel pissing out when you take the pipes off as it doesnt (cos fuel pumps not pumping!).

have fun
