OneTrueKidby Posted May 10, 2015 Report Share Posted May 10, 2015 Hi all, i have now owned my lupo for 8 months, i have it still pretty standard and my neighbour gave be some wheels. 16" Porsche 944 Turbo teledials. Today i took my current wheels off just to look what the fitment would be like and they dont seem to want to fit. The rears are 8j wide and i was wandering if there is anyway to get them to fit? or should i try and get some 15" teledials instead? I also noticed at the front the wheel would rub against the shock tower so which coilovers would you recommend?many thanks for you time. T3LLIOTT Posted May 11, 2015 Report Share Posted May 11, 2015 You might already know, but 16" teledials are quite rare and sought after, as they are a lot more uncommon than the 15" versions. I saw a set sell the other day for ~£600.00 compared to half that for the 15" versions.To get 8J wheels to fit, you will need to roll your arches, fit stretched tyres and by the sounds install spacers if you say they're rubbing against the shock towers.Basically a lot of work.
