Hi i'm getting a squeek from the off side rear wheel but only when i turn right, could this be the bearing?

i'm keeping the springs standard just wanted to fill the arches a bit.

i have a standard 1.o lupo i'm thinking of putting on some larger wheels, what would be the largest i could put on with out it scuffing?
