  1. What about getting a set of good road tyres? Toyo T1R's, Goodyear F1's etc.
  2. What tyres have you got on the car?
  3. Seen this car somewhere before I'll see if i've got any good pics and load them up over the weekend for you.
  4. Ok. I will just have to "play it by ear" as they say. Cheers.
  5. "AIR NEW ZEALAND" That's all I can see on the email she sent me. She's going to be arriving at terminal 1. I have seen a petrol station on the main road outside of the airport. I'm going to park up in there and check the car over ie, tyre pressure, oil level.... but it may take me a while to find the dipstick
  6. Hay guys and galls. I've got to pick my sister up from Heathrow Airport on friday. The plane lands at 11am. Want I want to know is, 1, How long will it take her to get to the pick-up point? She's flying from LA. I don't know if that'll make a difference. 2, Can I get in, pick her up and drive out without paying? I have never driven to Heathrow Airport before and Google Earth Street Images can only tell me so much.
  7. I think i'll go for the Super Snow Foam as it should last me a while if I have to dilute it 200-1.
  8. Also, which one do I go for? Super Snow Foam - Citrus Snow Foam - Super Wax Snow Foam -
  9. From reading other posts, yeah. I'm going to cover my car with it and leave it to drip. Whilst it's going that i'm going to go round and clean my wheels. I've got to clean my wheels anyway so why not be productive about it? Well that's my thoughts about it.
  10. That's good enough for me. Cheers guys.
  11. What about the foam? Is the stuff in the 1st link good stuff?
  12. This thing then? http://shop.autobritedirect.co.uk/autobrite-heavy-duty-snow-foam-lance-various-connections-305-p.asp
  13. I have just bought my first pressure washer and it has a detergent suction hose. I have had a little search on here and found this, http://shop.autobritedirect.co.uk/super-snow-foams-variours-types--sizes-346-p.asp Any good or do you reccomend something else? This is the pressure washer I have got., http://www.karcher.co.uk/product.php?pr=91&vw=ov
  14. That doesn't look like the Post Office. Did you have a Pizza Hut afterwards?
  15. Long time waiting for the pic..... well here it is.
  16. I've just found a tyre that I never fitted. It is used but still has loads of tread. It's 195x45x15 and the make is Star Performer. I had never heard about them before but done a little research and they seam a good tyre. I paid £20 for it so just want that back TBH. I'm posting it in here so if anyone wants it then I can bring it along to the meet. http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/z172/Steveswc/For%20Sale/Image660.jpg http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/z172/Steveswc/For%20Sale/Image661.jpg Just putting this again incase anyone it interested.
  17. It'll be the south bound as you'll be coming from Wakie or Matt from the M62. If you miss the JCT for whatever reason get off at 38 and stop under the bridge and i'll come and fetch you. If either of you want my number then just PM me.
  18. We'll be at the services for 6pm. So if everyone can get there just before, we'll be able to get off straight away. Oh and it'll be easier for those coming on the M1 to meet us on the South bound side.

  20. Where is this Syngenta? My dad has only worked there for 35 years but I don't know where it is!
  21. There's 2", 2.25", 2.5", 2.75", 3", 3.25 and 3.5". That's only 7 and for small engined car you'll not be going bigger than 2.25". So that makes 2. Plus i'm sure that you could get one bigger but then you're talking stupid HP'd cars. I know you can get smaller (Ford's stupid KA) but if you're going aftermarket I doubt they'll fit anything small than a 2".
  22. Also have a read through this link.... Might help, might not. http://www.stainless-online.com/manufacturing/304-409-stainless.htm
  23. There's not many bore sizes to choose from and if they are a good company, they'll already know what to use. If you tell them that you want a different size bore as you have heard that it's better, then i'm sure they'll be able to do that. T304 comes to mind for Stainless Steel. Does that sound right?
  24. I'll want to eat. I am always hungry!
  25. HAY!!! What about us Arosa owners.... or is it just me?
