Me likey and for the price you can't go wrong.

Talking cross-marque, the GTI is hugely influenced by Audi S/RSs imo; the wide arched bodywork is baby RS4, the wheels S3-esque...and the same influences in Lamborghinis is unmistakeable (the wheels even share pcd!).

Mk5 non-GTI 15"s are sweeeet (dunno what model they're on, but I saw a set the other day).

6n2 16vs had 15s, like Solitudes (another idea) but with flatter, squarer spokes.

The new Polo equivalent has been timed at 0-60 in 7.9 with in gear times on par or quicker than a Lupo GTI. The Fabia looks better imo (than the Polo), I've racked up a few miles in a Golf 130 and would happily tolerate filling up from the 'wrong' pump style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
