Hi all, Just a quick one, which i'm sure many of you can answer. I'm in need of a gearbox for my 1.4S (75bhp). This will be the second time i've had to replace the 'box. I've sourced a couple of breaker's that have gearbox's available, that assure me they are the right one's. However, the gearbox that is currently in the car has different ratios than the original 'box, making it a nuasance and not too fuel efficient on the motorways. Not sure if its the final drive ratio or different gears. My only thoughts where it could have come from a 1.0l Lupo... Are the housings the same between 1.0 and 1.4? Any input would be really helpful... Cheers, Will.
