i think its the vacuum pipe that comes from the master cyl as its all split and pretty much hanging off, iv order a new one £23 from vw. i also change the plugs and got rid of those ****y bosch ones and the car seems better. but the engine management light as come on now GREAT

iv not checked yet but i will do in the morning, when i start the car in a morning the rev's down once and thats it then starts acting the goat when you drive it.

where is the water temp senor, is there anything i should know before taking the tb off like do's and dont's lol

Right when i set off the car doesnt wanna go anywhere and just dieds but sometimes its fine but only really does it when its cold

would the coilpack cause the rev's to go up and down ?

Where's the EGR valve on a lupo gti? the rev's go up and down when its cold and iv been told that if you take the EGR valve out and give it a clean it should get rid of the problem. True or False ? Cheers

iv got this problem with mine but my central locking is going crazy is this because of the open boot light? Im also getting the clunking noise alot i moved the catch closure to the car and the clunking got worse i was gunna move it back but it started pissing down.

can you take the catch to bits and clean it ?

Im having problems with my central locking, when you get out of the car and lock it its fine, but when you open it and start the car the central locking goes crazy it tries to unlock the doors when there already unlocked, it clicks about 10 times then stops and then again over and over again, but its only started doin this since the boot open light is on all the time could this be the problem? Please help as this is pissing me off coz its pretty loud lol cheers

iv currently got bosch plugs and i need to change them, are these the right ones i should go for BKR6EIX-11 NGK IRIDIUM? Also what engine oil do i go for? i was gunna use SILKOLENE Pro-S 5W-40 Fully Synthetic. Cheers,

plugs are about 10 month old, how do you clean the throttle body?

In a morning when i start my car the rev's drop iv been told that it could be coil pack or the egr valve, i fitted a new coil pack about year ago but it never really helped the problem, found out it was one of the leads breaking down so i fiited a new set (from vw)that sorted the problem out. Now when i hold the rev's at 1500 to 3000 rpm the car shakes like crazy and also when im coming to stop the rev's drop again and when i go to set off it dosnt wanna go anywhere and jumps im scared that im gunna break something on the car ie engine mount thats how bad it is. As anybody on here had this problem before? someone told me take the egr valve out and give it a clean? cheers

Hi, I need a new exhaust for my lupo gti, im after the orignal one again as im not it to all that noise. I've just rang volkswagon up and they want £402.39 for everything from the cat back. x2 Clamps / Sleves x1 Middle Box x1 Rear Box Total £402.39 +VAT I think that this sounds like alot what do you think? Is there anywhere else i could try? Cheers
