    Confession

style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad.gif" /> It is with some regret that I am advising that today will be my last day as owner of vw lupo 1.4 tdi pd. The car was wonderful, and improved vastly after I had revo technik software installed. I would have liked to spend money on the suspension, as sometimes the increase in perfomance turned it somewhat of a bouncy castle. I am moving on to pastures new - skoda fabia 1.9 tdi pd 100 - and wondered if members would permit me to attend the rolling road day at Stealth Warwickshire in February 2005? I have built up an affection for the small but mightly impressive car and will now admire them from afar - STOP - I THINK I HAVE GONE TOO FAR? Anyway, especially to all you 3 cylinder owners I wish you au revior. Cheers John

  14. Reply from Northampton Motorsport as follows: Hi John, our normal rolling road day price is £25 per car inc vat. we only run rr days on saturdays. with regard to lowered suspension I can only think of a couple of occasions when we have been unable to get cars on the rollers and both times the cars in question were heavily lowered and also had very low air dams on the front bumper. depending on wheel size the car will drop around 2.5 to 3 inches so providing you have this between the lower edge of the bumper and the ground you will be o.k. regards troy Any comments about this, who is in favour?? Best wishes John

  21. They don't offer 50% improvement because 75bhp is an underestimation of the the power. Almost 85bhp is more realistic! John
