HELP! Or my cars scrap 😩

2003 1ltr Lupo. After waiting 2months for a crank shaft sensor to probably be made and arrive from Germany, my garage now informs me I need 2 HYDRAULIC HOSES for power steering as it’s been sitting since before Christmas on their forecourt and they have irreparably rusted 😩…. garage states these are discontinued, can’t find them anywhere.. so, if I can’t find them my baby is scrap! Is there an alternative?? Can I use Arosa parts?? What am I even looking for!!!!
