I think its on a tensioner mate. All you should need is a 16 or 18mm spanner on the tensioner and push it back and the belt goes slak style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

Your right mate most air filters do very little for performance even on our racecars. I dont rate the BMC that much style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" /> Think K&N is better but not by much style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

When the lupo cup cars were built they were ultra light weight. There was no underseal or sound deadnind and even the dash boards have been cut to loose weight style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> You wauld not beleave how much that all weights. Another thing that you cauld loose weight if your rearly serious is remove some of the wireing loom like electric windows, central locking and airbag. It rearly all does add up style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" />

I had a look at fitting it but its bigger than the hole where the radio and CD player fit in the lup. Not sure on the wireing, cant imagen that being much diffrent style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

Fixed the problem style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> It was the clutch cable, it just needed adjusting and now its perfect style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" /> And my mistake the linkage is rood operated not cable style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":doh:" border="0" alt="doh.gif" />

Its deffo cable. Im going to look at it tonight after woor and see if there is anything that stands out style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad.gif" />

Mine does it when is hot aswell style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":angry:" border="0" alt="mad.gif" />

Sometimes its rearly difficult to get it into gear. It doesnt crunch it feels like the linkage cables are streaching ar something is sticking on the linkage somewhere. The car has now done 78.000 miles. Maby its just age creeping upon the linkage. Had new gear box oil in it so thats not the problem! Any ideas

Dont let my girlfriends Dad hear us lot slagging off 4x4s style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":huh:" border="0" alt="huh.gif" /> He is into it big time (like us with our lups) I dont mind 4x4 if they are used for what they were designed for. To be fair we cant rearly go with the readings we got on saturday because each car should have done three or four runs to get an average reading! The fan at the front of the motor should give the same amount or air induction as you get at road speed. Dont get me wrong it wasnt a waste of a day but to get a true power reading each car should have done three or four runs style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
