Sorry but I was looking for a permanent fix?

So I have 1 key, the key does not lock and unlock the car with the buttons and when I shut the door and walk away maybe a minute or two later the electric windows go all the way down and this morning the alarm went off as well when I got to the yard 🤯

Literally just Bought a Lupo GTI last night and the windows will not stay up any ideas 💡 please
