Yeah they are I’ve made sure of that

I had my heater dials changed and I’ve pluged the unit back in and since the it has only been working on the face heater setting when I change the setting on the dial it doesn’t change the direction of the heat? Am I doing something wrong? I currently have no dash as it is in the process of being sprayed is that the issue? Or do I have to reset anything or just plug it back in I’ve checked the fuse and the connections to the dials but they all look good
