Thanks for that advice, no I haven't tried that but my mechanic said that it's most likely an electrical fault, he said to get someone out would be at least £50- £60 pound an hour to have a look at the ecu properly and I have just bought a new car so I just want the arosa gone and attempt to recoup some of the money I've spent on it back.

Hello ladies and gentlemen, I posted a few weeks ago hoping that someone would buy my seat arosa 1.4 16v sport (100 bhp) I'm selling it under spares or repair as it failed the mot on emissions, it has 118,000 miles on the clock in the year I've owned it's had a new timing belt kit fitted less than a 1,000 miles ago, a full service with spark plugs, it's had new HT leads, both of the lambda sensors have been replaced. I'm hoping to get £550 for it. I'll be uploading more pictures soon

118 thousand miles can't remember exactly as I haven't seen it close to a month now, 8 previous owners, nope the body was clear only the emissions. As I haven't seen it I haven't really got many pictures but I will be seeing it this week hopefully, this is the only picture I have atm. In the year that I've owned it I've had it serviced with plugs, timing belt, HT leads and plugs, replaced the oil pressure switch and the new lambda sensors

Hello everyone I'd hoped to have been writing something else but sadly I'm having to sell my seat arosa sport 1.4 16v as it has failed the mot on emissions I've replaced both of the lambda sensors with no luck so I'm not really sure what it is but I've run out of money and time. I'd like the car to be kept on the road but I shall be breaking it if it's not been sold in 2 weeks. I'm located in Cardiff, I'm selling it for £500 ono
