No it just stays on until the car is turned off

My sisters car has been broken for a while, it first started when she was driving it at high rpm. she got engine light flashing and epc light after clearing fault codes it drives a bit better but still comes up with misfire cylinder 4 fault codes. now the epc light comes on when you rev it over 4k. I have changed spark plugs, leads and coil pack but it's still the same. what else could it be?

Just got back from boardmasters and my car has survived, before I went I was abit worried about how much fuel it would use, but it did amazing I only used £30 in fuel to get there. I stuck to 60 most of the way there which helped. I will also mention my lupo has just over 100k on it and it drove fine.
