do you have an after market remote central locking and alarm fitted? if so thats why it wont go off. Mine did the same then i realised if you lock the doors with your key it goes off. also if you get in the car it stays on until you put the key in the ignition. thats how its supposed to work.

no problem at all, i dont mind! any questions you's both know where i am. the lupo bug has got around then! not suprised they are cool little cars! is she going for an arosa or lupo then? Just let me know if you want me to come look at any with you's, id be happy to if im not at work etc!

contact VW- they may offer you a free will gesture and replace it for nothing for you as it is a known issue. ring them and see what they say- other than that you can buy them direct from vw for around £25 and get your mechanic to fit it. I would try VW first though.

try adjusting your clutch- this is what happened to mine and mitch tightened the clutch adjustment for me and it was fine after that! it was far loose!

i was like oooo when i saw steam coming off my mirrors and the ice just melting away with it being soo cold this morning! its little suprise extras that makes the car special lol!

I have heated mirrors? Do all sports have the privilege of this or is it a factory extra?
