I've been tracking my mpg since I bought my Lupo 1.4s at the the beginning of February. Im averaging 39mpg with everyday driving.

Hello all, Thought I’d pop in and say hi as I’ve just signed up. I’ll be honest I’m a bit of a lurker, as pointed out over on Pistonheads, making my first post five years after signing up. Woops. I’ll try not to be that bad on here. I’ve just bought this lovely little lupo as my new daily. She’s a 1.4s with around 38,000 on the clock with two previous owners. She seems in really good condition but with all this rain I have not yet had time to give her a good going over. What the future holds for her, a few little tweeks here and there just to make her my own. The previous owner had fitted clear front indicator and changed the colour of the head lining and c pillars to black as well as fitting all black grab handle. I have already ordered a black VW roundel for the front grill. I also have a pair of smoke black indictors from my previous dub which I am thinking about putting on.( I quite like the murdered out look). That will probably be about it. (apart from maybe the suspension, red gti seat belts, 14” black RS watanabes and a 3L steering wheels, that should do it…. Maybe) Although I’m a newb to this forum, I have had my fair share of cars over the years including a mk2 Golf GTi 8v, Mk4 Golf Cabriolet (my last daily), Corolla Gt AE82 and a brace of mk1 MR2s including a supercharged model. This is the car in question. Look forward to getting to know everyone. That’s is all. Ned
