Car has developed a rattle sound at low revs when letting off gas? Soon as I hit pedal it stops. as though it's coming from gearbox however I've just had new gearbox and clutch fitted less then 500 miles ago also it every now and again gets too 3000rpm then looses all power and won't go any higher up rev range

The decat I have doesn't have a hole full stop for 02 sensor

Not worried about mot as it'd be done at my work and it is going to be mainly used on track anyway just wondered if anyone else has done it and if so what did they do with lambda sensor

I have lupo sport aub engine code and just bought decat pipe however wondered if anyone has ever done it if so what did they do with lambda sensor that's goes into manifold?

Place called cleckheaton gearbox and clutch centre was done before I owned the car but reading reviews on google there is no way I'd be taking it back to them luckily I got a warranty from dealer who sold me it so is going in Saturday for gearbox rebuild

Defiantly gearbox lost my 5th gear tonight

Looks like gearbox done cambelt water pump and wheel bearing and whine is still present

Yeah I am hopefully getting it done today after work, work policy can't work on your own cars in work hours

Recon gearbox and clutch at 110000 only on 120000 so very much doubt jt

Ok so bought a lupo last week all seemed well apart from a whining noise so I changed alternator belt to no avail shortly after that it has now developed a grinding noise sounds like metal on metal coming from engine checked oil, that's fine, also no noise is present whilst idling I have the cambelt and water pump kit to be done tomorrow however this is only to stop whining noise? Anyone else had similar problem? Model is the 1.4 sport aub engine code

Plugged car into vag com coming up with egr valve low and O2 low, I know the egr valve would cause O2 to be low thus that error code I was wondering if anyone has blanked it off and if so did they have to get it deleted off the ecu?

Managed to get fault checked came up with egr valve thinking of blanking it off

anyone have a vag com? from West Yorkshire I'm in wakefield and need to borrow one?

It doesn't come up with exact model gives option of 1.4 16v and 1.4 16v sport

So just bought this lupo however it was advertised as the 1.4 se and on log book only shows Volkswagen doesn't actually say model. After looKing through old invoices it has the scorpion cat back for 1.4 sport and has sport rear bumper on also has the red ht leads that I sport would could anyone help me on this unsure what I can tell my insurance
