Run VCDS on the car yeaterday. No fault codes. Anyone else had this problem?

Hi, the blowers are not working on my wife Fox. Not hot or cold , not blowing at all. Anyone else experienced this, or know how to fix it? Keen to get it sorted as cold weather is on it way and wife is pregnant I'm new to the group. Thanks in advance.
